Who is Jesus? ... a gospel call to worship:
Jesus asks his friends,
"Who do you say that I am?"The preacher sees a preacher,Jesus asked
the mother, a mother.
The one in need of salvation, might see a savior,
the one in need of healing, a healer.
because he recognizedthe one who sees a healer, healsGathered in community, we ask his question:
the one who sees a friend, befriends.
"Who do you say that I am?"knowing that
who we see
informs how we act.
